AI maturity methodology

i-LAMF

An original Artificial Intelligence maturity framework developed in dialogue with ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF, OECD trustworthy AI principles, Brazil’s LGPD, and a CMMI-inspired maturity progression.

What was observed

  • Eight dimensions and forty official assessment questions.

  • Five maturity levels, from Nonexistent to Optimized.

  • Automated consistency gates (T1–T4) and evidence levels (E0–E4).

  • A provisional state for incomplete questionnaires.

  • Visible application flows: method overview, saved assessments, new assessment, import/export, and privacy policy.

  • Local browser storage (localStorage); according to the application’s own notice, no diagnostic information is sent to servers.

Notices and limitations

It is not an ISO certification, a CMMI appraisal, or an official NIST or OECD endorsement. It is an original methodology informed by these references.
